On Wednesday Sept. 10, 2025 I was in a quandary seeking somewhere in Buhl, ID to get an oil change for my 2019 Chev Trax. Fortunately, I found Commercial Tire. Levi and Scott treated me much better than I could ever could have hoped for. I explained why I will never go back to the nearest dealership. They listened. Only been in town a couple years but used these folks for oil changes. Today a 'real' mechanic said antifreeze has not been added or checked in these visits. May have some serious problems now due to their incompetence. Had two appointments to change 02 sensor, which they said they could do. Nope, broke a tool and did not know which tool to replace it with. I would not trust these folks to fix a flat tire. ....
I was traveling back from Montana, when I need wheel repair, Jason and Aaron along with all the staff was very help, my repair was done very quickly. I was back on the road quickly. What a great efficient bunch of workers at Cles Commercial tires. I needed to be some where at a certain time and they made an extra effort to get me in.
