Owner Mike Pittman of Commercial Roofing Experts / Weather Guard Roofing is not to be trusted! Order materials for several large projects and prolonged payments for materials ultimately stating to us that he was not going pay!Please do your research when using this company
These guys installed the roof in our condo association six months ago, and the shingles started peeling off. We submitted a repair ticket with our property manager on Sept 5th, and CRE has made excuse after excuse for six weeks on why they can't get the job done, and keeps making promises and then not following through. I wouldn't select these folks for a personal job, and I wouldn't recommend you choose them either.
Commercial Roofing has done great work, including follow up, replacing 2 roofs for us, one membrane roof and one shingles roof. Mike Pittman is great to work with.
Mike and his entire crew were hard-working, courteous, and efficient. They removed our old roof and installed a new one quickly. Results are fantastic, very satisfied and would highly recommend them!
Awesome guys and awesome work! They are timely and reliable!
