Such a great experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend this dental surgery.
The dental service itself is good, but the reception staff are very unhelpful and dismissive. They had no understanding of the ADF Family Health Card (which is a Defence family benefit, not private health insurance) and refused to make any effort to process it. Instead, I was told I was “double dipping,” which is both inaccurate and insulting. I’ve used this card at practices across several states without any issues. One of the best (Doctor) Dentist & staff in Adelaide. Very professional approach! loved how Dr. Samin Yeganeh dealt with the patient. Great with kids and patients. Staff also well trained, Receptionist also helpful! Thank you. Will surely recommend everyone to visit for all their dental needs.
I highly recommend this practice especially for young children. 10/10 Lucy and Samin are amazing.
