The dental service itself is good, but the reception staff are very unhelpful and dismissive. They had no understanding of the ADF Family Health Card (which is a Defence family benefit, not private health insurance) and refused to make any effort to process it. Instead, I was told I was “double dipping,” which is both inaccurate and insulting. I’ve used this card at practices across several states without any issues.
