I had an absolute TERRIBLE experience working with Richard Vegsund. As an out of state landlord, I wanted to ease the burden that sometimes comes from being an out of state owner. Richard only added to it. He is not only incompetent, taking over 6 months to place a tenant, but conducts unethical business, and takes zero accountability. Due to his negligence during showings and not turning of lights/AC between showings, I’m stuck with a $300 electric bill. What’s worse is he blamed his agents for the negligence! Disgusting.
