Very dishonest. They have a 1.1 rating with the Better Business Bureau for good reason They will promise one rate and then have overages every month particularly for commercial service. Then when you want to cancel, they tell you have a three-year non-cancelable contract but also auto renews if you don’t spend them a notice to a specific email 60 days ahead of time but not more than 180 days. PROFFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT!
STAY AWAY. I never give one star reviews but I am now. I have to say something. My wife and I are on a 90 dollar quarterly plan. On our last bill we were charged over 200 dollars on our last bill. I called and asked why and they said it was because we had boxes next to our can. Something we have done throughout the last year. It wasn’t excessive. Do you want to pay approximately $30 more per quarter compared to other local services? Do you want to get charged $10 per leaf bag, that doesn't fit in your trash can? Do you want to get charged $27.50 when you are finally fed up with all the charges, just to pick up your trash can? Make sure you read all your contracts. You can get automatically rolled over to another tied in contract . 60 day written cancelation notice. High prices that keep going up. Highway robbery to get out of contract. Trash guys are good but corporate and their minions suck. Greedy. Got sent 32 emails wanting me to lock in price. When I told them I was leaving at end of my contract they added $20 for the last 2 months then emailed they'd drop thd price $40 of if i signed another contract. So done with these greedy scammers!
