They are very dishonest and when you try to cancel, they charge you for an additional month, then to pickup the can, then a past due charge when you clearly cancel before it is even due. They are extortionists and bullies. Do not use them.
I cancelled my service and was told to wait for the "pro-rated" final bill. Trash cart "special team" came and picked up bins and told me to square away on the bill ASAP. When I called to do so, I was told that the drivers didn't know "Billing protocol", and to wait a week for the pro rated bill. Apparently, the drivers did know the protocol.All said and done with a late fee because I was told to wait and a bin pickup fee because they have a "special team" for that. Worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with... Dont waste your $$ or time. The most expensive waste company in town.
