Worst trash people. Forced to use new cans with no notice ( have my phone number, email address.. ). Price is constantly going up. Tanya is rude. Will charge 25.00 more a month to come up our lane (about 500 yards from main road) to get said dumb blue can. If you can go with ANY other trash company, that hasn't been bought by this dumb place, do so immediately!

We had a lot of random additional charges that made no sense. Trying to get ahold of them was a chore in itself which made the situation more infuriating. How this business is still open is shocking. Don’t waste your money.

I was actually confused about the pick up date after receiving a flyer stating that the pick up date was changed. I confused this flyer for another company. Regardless, customer service representative, “Taylor” explained that she would send pick up on a non scheduled day to help with this confusion (which was my fault). In short, they were pleasant, responsive, fixed the error which was mine, with great haste. Thank you so much! Top tier service.

Overpriced, inconsistent pickup times, they will double charge your card, and their online bill payment frequently crashes.

Charges a lot of fuel fees and late fees. Sends bill out 8 days before due date. I would switch if I could. No bill amount is ever the same. Very frustrating. The horror stories of canceling are true. Fees and fees and harassment. Neighbors cancelled only to be billed and charged fees after.
