Don't recommend this company. Canceled service 3 months ago. And they charged me for picking up their own trash cans. Plus I had to pay for the trash cans and they never gave me a deposit back.
This company is so greedy!! Charges almost $90 for 1 container each quarter but charges $20 for each additional can. I had paid my quarter bill of $89 and then decided to cancel so I should have gotten that amount refunded. They charged $25 to pick up my can, claimed i had a extra pick up so another $30 so I ended up getting back $29.00. This company is a joke!!!! Jodi and the team at Republic are awesome. They have been very easy to work with over the last couple of years. Communication with them is great and their pricing is spot on. Jodi raised the bar in customer service. I will always recommend republic to friends and colleagues
Why would anyone use this service! It’s 8 dollars per extra bag left out and they nitpick for any bags that cause the lid to extend out. PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE CHOOSING THIS COMPANY! The charged me 30 dollars for bags that wouldn’t even fill up half a normal container.
