Horrible customer service, they have rose prices every other month since they took over Monument waste. The miss pickups. They charge extra fees for everything. I do not recomend. I just left them for a smaller local company that offers a bigger bin for less money. When I canceled, they charged an expensive bin pick up fee as well. Stay away!!!
Writing a review here because they, for some reason, decided to have two locations for the same services on google: Horrible company to work with. Contractual terms are strict (business contracts require 6 months of billing payments to cancel before the end of a 3 year contract) and make it difficult to even cancel (contract advises will renew if cancellation not made within 180 days but not shorter than 60 days) and is regularly higher than all competitive trash service companies in the grand valley. Pick any other trash can company in GJ. Highest prices. Terrible customer support. Waiting on hold close to 45 mins every time I tried to call them. Tried to cancel my service and was told the wrong dates and had to pay for an extra 3 months. Then get charged a bin removal fee. Miss rocky mountain sanitation. Can't imagine this company will last long here. My entire neighborhood has switched to either WM or to Bigfoot. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
This company bought my original residential trash service. Their business practices are beyond terrible. The original pricing was relatively fine, but they jacked the prices almost every single quarter. They send bills late, which are due within days of receipt and they start threatening collections almost immediately if they don’t receive payment for their untimely bills. Go with ANY other trash company. Republic is substantially more expensive and I have almost $30 of fuel and other fees on my bill. Customer service will laugh at you, after being on hold for 30 minutes, when you tell them the reason for leaving is prices and fees. Not to mention, you have to pay a $55 fee to have them pick up your bins, no option to just drop them off locally.
