Bucky is responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. That being said, I wasn't exactly impressed when I viewed his property. He let us in and then just sat in the corner by the door, on his phone. He didn't really talk or interact with us while we looked through the property. There was a large, sloping ridge in the kitchen and dining room, and he wasn't able to tell us why. The owners of this triplex have not invested in Radon Testing or others they own. Radon testing is not required per city code. I have passed your concern to the owner.
