Phone rep needs to be replaced. Shame that the phone call is the first impression, and it is terrible service. The workers themselves are decent and knowledgeable people who did okay plumbing work and gave good recommendations on follow up. Expect last minute Cancellations if they are running late.
The worst experience I have ever had. Eric came and asked us where is the water shut off. After directed him to the water shut off and he insisted to open the dry water and do not believe what the property manger ( who has been working here for 20 years). We tried to bring another plumber working here and explain to him how it works, he seemed very confused and not knowing what to do. Excellent service and hard workers.
Gavin is very responsive. Our condo in Aiea uses their services, so I reached out to them for my unit. They show up when they say they will and do quality work. Highly recommended.
