Bought a lawn mower from them a few years ago. They have always been very helpful to me and I would highly recommend them on every level. If you want a quality product backed up by quality service this is the place to come.
My initial review was five stars. They have a beautiful facility and the staff was helpful and friendly. This hasn't changed, but now it's like they fell off the face of the earth. When we were looking for a mower, I had read that you should buy from where you're gonna take it when you need it fixed. Got an Exmark Radius E Series from them. Great process and outstanding service. Initially called or stopped by a few times with questions. The staff was always courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. So happy with the Exmark, my neighbor bought one a few weeks later.

I had an issue with my exmark. Called the dealership I bought it from for close to $10,000. They told me more or less to kick rocks and that it was going to be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get to me. I called Clarksville Lawn and the owner answered. Told me to bring it to him and they would get me back going. Not only did they, it took them less than 15 min to fix my issue AND they were able to get it done under warranty.
