My initial review was five stars. They have a beautiful facility and the staff was helpful and friendly. This hasn't changed, but now it's like they fell off the face of the earth. When we were looking for a mower, I had read that you should buy from where you're gonna take it when you need it fixed. Purchasing my new Exmark Radius was smooth. They delivered it to my house and took my old mower away. They even gave me a hat and t-shirt!
Customer service was good and has slowly went down hill. I have purchased 3 mowers from them since May of 2021. The old owner & mechanic were very good and knowledgeable. This years mower will be purchased elsewhere.
