The absolute worst installation and service ever experienced in over 20 years in the coin laundry business. One excuse after another and then they stop answering the phone. I had to go to the Dexter dealer in Ohio to have my concern rectified. I love Dexter equipment however this distributor does not live up to the Dexter brand or reputation. They overcommit and severely under perform. I will never make another equipment purchase from this Company again. There are other Dexter distributors, so check them out first. Lesson le... read more

Learning on the job, did not finish setting up the washers the wright way, Accuse me of not paying a bill for $60.00 from a year before.. that and after i spent over $50,000.00 on 4 washers with installation .... and asking me if i want to use a better glue for the installation $ 50 dollars more for each of the 4...80 LB washers .. and if you have a good laundromat they can open near by because they are in the same business , do not tell them your numbers ( Gross Income ) they could become your competition. now 2-3 years lat... read more
