We live in a 300 plus condo and have been using your equipment for almost 2 years Your machines and service has been excellent
Our Condo Association recently contracted with Commercial Laundries and we have only positive reviews to say about the company. Our rep Roger Kopp III was outstanding in having the previous equipment removed and their washing machines and dryers installed in our laundry rooms the same day. Their staff is courteous and efficient and any questions or concerns are answered immediately. The company should be very proud of their employees and customer service and we look forward to our commercial relationship for years to come.
I just wanted to say what an outstanding firm you are. I called to report a washer problem at Lake Emerald this morning. The washer was repaired in less than 2 hours. From the person who answered the phone and took the information to the service technician who fixed it promptly, you should be very proud of your organization. Very Impressed, Brad
