Life happens & machines occasionally malfunction, but great customer service smells like fresh linens!
My condominium currently is contractually bound to this company for 21 years. We constantly have to be calling their technicians every month about their dryers not drying properly. My neighbors have had to resort to pay for two dryer cycles for the same set of clothes when they want to do their laundry. The technicians come by & do what they can to improve the outdated dryers. Equipment is no good. I’ve complained about their machines for over a year and nothing is done. They claim to come and look at them and they do no such thing.
