We are a church and needed some parts installed to repair our oven. I called this company because the manufacturer of our commercial oven used them for warranty repairs. I asked if they could install the parts needed to repair the oven. The lady who answered asked me immediately for my credit card. Worst company ever, they make you to order the new part and pay for it up front and then you’re the one who gets to deal with the consequences.I have paid already for a part that was supposed to arrive last month and never did, after month and a half, nobody knows.

We have had Commercial Kitchen come to our business a few times this year. We have 2 reach in freezers and 1 walk in. We had to call them numerous times about the same problem. I feel like they were just putting bandages on the problems. Some of the problems were finally fixed. They tried to charge us a trip call for each time they came out but after a couple of phone calls I got them to take them off. Got a refrigerator serviced, ordered by the manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer had sent the repair to Commercial Kitchen Services. they did a great job with the repair,and provided great customer support.
