Very unprofessional, probably a scam. Found their contact info on their website (now looks dubious), called ahead to make an appointment. Was told by a guy named Frank that an confirmation would be sent. Never. A red flag right away. On the day of, called this Frank again, who told me that he'd start out soon from Kansas City, and would be in the Chicago area in ONE hour. What? ! Well, no one showed up on the day of appointment.
