What a great place to stay and eat.food was fantastic beer cold room large and clean best sleep in 3 days if I ever do a stupid trip like this one again I will be staying here again Don't forget to talk to the dog outside the pub door he gets lonely

We had a very good experience, had a few beers, had a great meal with excellent sides of salad. I thought I was eating a well prepared home style meal, the type that adds care and love as the main ingredient. The vegetarian option was appreciated as was the excellent steak. We didn't stay overnight so can't judge the accommodation. No photos too busy enjoying ourselves, but the place was very nice.
Lovely little country pub, very friendly and welcoming staff. Food was delicious (lamb shank) and an ample serving. Dining room has a lovely fire, very comfortable chairs and has been lovingly updated.
