Crazy story here: A large warehouse was split into 5 units. I lease 2 of the units. 3 additional tenants lease the remaining 3 units. We have one main electric meter, each tenant has a sub meter. For a decade, my commercial electric bills have been insane. $300-$700 more per month than they should be. DTE has come out twice and confirmed nothing is wrong with the main meter. Erik and his team completed a major renovation for my company’s new office building on a very tight timeline. They were skilled both in their work and in their knowledge about the city expectations for inspection.
