The employees are nice people, but if you're a truck driver making a delivery, you'll have to wait a long time, sometimes for hours.
Customer service is good but they somehow failed to mention the “order processing charge “ and restocking fee if you need to do a return. You can also see for yourself the condition of the product I bought. I’m not a contractor. Just a regular walk in customer. At the end of the day, Home Depot or Lowe’s would have been way better experience. Would not recommend.
