Dave G's assessment is very believable after our experience. Their Super had major issues with another contractor and took it all out on our crew. Without any clues about what caused this behavior, we were harassed the entirety of the experience; we received threats to damage our property, were repeatedly threatened with being "replaced", communicating with him was a miserable experience and any attempts to smooth things out ended in dramatic screaming and name-calling.
