They have a very friendly staff and they asked about load specifics when scheduling that showed they care about how they load, as well.
Had an easy experience, only had one pallet. Reason I gave it 4 stars it's the location of the facility. I used Anderson Rd exit from I5, take "old hwy 99" to 2nd st, make a left on Milwaukee. It's a small incline, and make sure your landing gear is all the way up. Go to the end of the building and make a right, Shipping and Receiving is on the right.
