Horrible experience. Was quoted one number then charged 25% more than the quote. They cleaned my rugs and left them in the backyard - they are still wet and I cannot let my dogs out and have to leave them outside all night. Their deodorizer was a spray on - I could have done that. It was so unbelievably expensive. I should have yelped before I just went with the brand name. Shame on me.
