This management group is outstanding! Highly recommended based on their attention to detail from executing new leases to continuous management of the property and tenants. They always keep me up to date as to what is going on with monthly and quarterly reports. Since they have taken over the management and leasing, I rarely ever get involved with my properties.
The owners and the property management team are the best that I have experienced with my commercial property investments. Richard, Kelly and the team are available for any questions or concerns. As an investor, I appreciate the transparency of the team providing monthly profit and loss statements along with quarterly progress calls. They are based in the New Orleans area and would highly recommend this team for any of your property management needs.
