VERY bad customer service! credit info was requested up front. No appointment was made but was charged for services that never happened. Was home when they supposedly came by but no one ever came to the door definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND, they are liars and scammers!

Hi Shannon - we do not work at any homes or residences (only commercial kitchens) nor would we get credit info until after a job was done. Perhaps you have us confused with another company? If so can you please remove this? We are located in the Sacramento area.

Terrible service! Technician that came, had no clue of the issue or the fix! You would be better off with any other company around !

Your driver tech in van 17 is a liability to this company. He is driving/weaving through traffic in hwy 80 right now and almost killed us. He proceeded to flip off my family as well as the other car around that would not let switch lanes yet again within inches of people bumpers. My husband drives a van for a business and would expect to be fired over such behavior- disgusting
