Great service and quick turnaround time for the mold report. Dave and his daughter Lisa were very professional and the pricing was reasonable. If you have a residential or commercial space and want to hire someone that’s professional and knowledgeable, reach out to Dave! I found mold in my office caused by a roof leak on Saturday. I have used Dave for several years now and I had him perform home and commercial inspections for pre-purchase as I am a property investor.
