I’ve had a maintenance plan for the last 2.5 years. I decided to switch to another company recently after verbally hearing some poor reviews of experiences with this company. So glad I did! The tech was SHOCKED when they learned that I actually had been maintaining my unit. I cannot say enough good things about this company. In the dead of summer and on the hottest day of the year, my fan motor went out in my AC unit. I called at 9:00 PM on a Tuesday night and the nicest lady answered the phone and we had a tech at our house within 45 mins. to do the repair! They did not charge us anything for after hours and so very honest and professional. I found them a few years years ago and still have nothing but 5 stars for them!!!
