Scott Scheel and the team first "built" an AI tool/avatar or "AI Scott" to mirror and mimic himself and offer answers to questions from members about commercial real estate property evaluations. Antiquated. Very dated. And this isn't wisdom. Archaic across the board. Scott Scheel cancels events last minute and macro-calls are poorly set up or postponed last minute; in my opinion, most of his materials are a hodge podge collection of concepts from William Zeckendorf, Sam Zell, Robert Kiyosaki among others.
