The problem with this place is that the units leak. At least mine did. All furniture was covered in mold and ruined. I agreed to eat the cost of all my stuff being ruined, but I did feel that I should be refunded what I paid for the storage. Owner refused to refund storage fee much less cover the cost of the damage. At first he said, "it must've been those heavy rains," but then changed the story to blaming a blanket for "sucking moisture out of the air." There was standing water in the unit. Brother's Storage is easy to get to, secure and clean. We started out renting a smaller unit and quickly realized that we needed a bigger unit. We called and requested a bigger unity, there wasn't anything available, but they did call two weeks later as promised when something did open. Good place.
