I've been going here for over twenty years and recently I can't seem to make an appointment or have a call answered. Whatever changes they are making there is making me consider a different route. Anyone else having this problem? My husband actually went into the office to make his appointment. (He is a frequent visitor, so it was nbd for him)
I have been seeing Dr Markowitz for for over 20 years and cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Dr Markowitz has always taken the time to listen to and address my concerns, diagnosed and treated me appropriately and takes his time to explain everything. I have also seen Carly in the office and she is also amazing and very knowledgeable.
Constantly giving me the run around about appointments. Never putting my prescriptions through to pharmacy and when I call and try to figure out why I get bullshit explanations saying I'm the problem and they hang up when I point out its them. The physicians are great but unfortunately the support staff is horrendous.
Great, until you actually need help...
