I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. The customer service was absolutely terrible — the front desk and managers were not just unhelpful, but downright rude. I was treated like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. On top of that, the room itself was dirty. The floors weren’t cleaned, the bathroom had grime, and the overall condition was unacceptable for a place that charges guests to stay.
