I have tried calling commerce Capital partners LLC multiple times, have called each extension and never got a person. I'm not sure if this is a real business. I found this business's name on the bottom of my apartment building complex that I live in. Verde apartments in Tucson, Arizona. I'm not quite sure if this is a real business or if they're just trying to scam people. Because if they own the Verde apartments in Tucson, Arizona, they really need to do something about their employees and the upkeep of their properties

Fraudulent credit card charges from this company, and they refused to look into it or even respond to our inquiries. No integrity.

Commerce Capital Partners, LLC is the corporation that owns an apartment community that my significant other and I currently live in. Aside from the absolutely incompetent staff situated at our complex, this complex has also proven to be unsecured and unsafe. The gates are malfunctioning most of the time, there is even one gate that no one uses because it is always broken. Trash, they try to say after your contract when you're a month to month that it's still 60 days required. I guess that's what happens when you don't finish school, simple math is too hard.
