Longtime Commerce customer. Have always recd excellent service until just now. Called to inquire if a check had cleared. Put on hold and auto machine told me I would be on hold 8 minutes or longer. This is not even close to good customer service. I am going to go in and visit a Bloomington branch and see If this is what I can continue to expect. Far too many other local banks who don t do this to remain a customer if this continues.
This is the worst bank EVER! They screw around with your account and wait over a week before they take the money out of your account if you use your card. I would recomend staying as far away from this bank as possible!
Good place to bank you can do online banking, an you have account with them for 3 mths you can get 45.00 credit for opening it up
