The staff was friendly, but our experience was disappointing. We brought our dog in for allergies and were given nearly $1,000 worth of recommended treatments. When we asked if we could start with just a few of the suggestions, we were told we had to do everything. We were also told a shampoo they recommended couldn't be purchased elsewhere, but we found the exact same product on Amazon for about half the price. Took my dog there for a same day urgent care appointment and all of the staff was wonderful! The front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarian were all super friendly, thorough, and treated my pup so well!
Recently established care here with a new puppy we brought home. Everyone we encountered from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out was kind, helpful, and thorough. Everyone took their time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what they were recommending for my pup and why. In a world where everything seems rushed and you feel like a number, I appreciated the change of pace.
