Awful customer service, staff member was soooo rude, was so excited to hear my bike had arrived in store and raced to the shop all for the person at the desk to point at a box and tell me I couldn't open it in the shop nor the carpark. Such a let down especially dealing with crazy amounts of money and I couldn't help but feel like the employee couldn't care less because it wasnt the most expensive model. Such a shame 🫠

Gosia and crew were very helpful setting up my new FRS
Needed to get my bike tuned up, brought it into commencal and Corben got it all fixed up and riding like it was new again. Every time I’ve gone in there to get my bike serviced he’s always done the work quickly and never have any issues, can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this shop. Sales staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.
