Outstanding customer service! I came in at 15 minutes to close and got everythingI needed with great service and they even went to their warehouse to grab me the jersey I needed
Beware! Do your research before purchasing. Unlike other premium brands, they only warranty frames for manufacturing and materials defects for 2 years! The top tube on my size small FRS from 2023 developed a crack this summer. I am 50kg, ridden it less 50 days and never had a bad crash. Apparently this is a known issue for the frame and year (my mechanic has seen it “several times”), and even so they refused to warranty it. They offered a 30% discount on a new frame. Disgraceful for a 5.5k bike!

I bought a used 2020 Commencal bike on Marketplace and later discovered a cracked frame. When I reached out to Commencal, their team was incredible—they hooked me up with an affordable crash replacement frame compatible with most of my existing parts and even gave me 20% off the new components. Outstanding customer support! If you are looking for a reason to support this brand hopefully this helps.
