Michael saved my whistler trip I’m from Australia and on day 2 of my whistler trip i snapped my derailleur hanger which is a frame specific part that no stores here have. Michael offered over the phone to drop these parts off to whistler from squamish saving my trip and i couldn’t be more thankful

Came in on a Saturday evening about 30 minutes after closing, and even though the register was already closed, the team still took the time to process my payment so I could pick up my frame. Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. Really appreciate it - great experience at Commencal Squamish.
The team at Commencal are fantastic. I brought my kids Commencal bike in for a repair and the service team and retail staff were so accommodating and helpful I wanted to reach out and say thank you. Top notch service and support. When it comes time to purchase my next bike you can guarantee it will be a Commencal.
Awful customer service, staff member was soooo rude, was so excited to hear my bike had arrived in store and raced to the shop all for the person at the desk to point at a box and tell me I couldn't open it in the shop nor the carpark. Such a let down especially dealing with crazy amounts of money and I couldn't help but feel like the employee couldn't care less because it wasnt the most expensive model. Such a shame 🫠
