Gosia and crew were very helpful setting up my new FRS
Needed to get my bike tuned up, brought it into commencal and Corben got it all fixed up and riding like it was new again. Every time I’ve gone in there to get my bike serviced he’s always done the work quickly and never have any issues, can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this shop. Sales staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.
Gosia made for my favourite bike shop experience I've ever had. From my first email and her helpful response and follow-up, to helping me try different sizes at their shop, and then the conversations about bikes and sizing and componentry. So glad I looked at Commençal as my future (now proud owner) bike!
