My experience with CommCare has been nothing short of exceptional. They have all gone above and beyond to ensure that not only my medication has been delivered, but their personal touch and communication has been excellent. Unfortunately, due to Insurance changes made through my Employer, I can no longer use them as my Pharmacy, the staff at CommCare has continued to work with me during a difficult transition to CareMark - Thanks Commcare for all you are doing for me
What ever you do, make sure to count your meds!!!! After a complaint of once again being shorted on my meds, they decided that I do not need my pain meds, making them more qualified then my Doctor. Last year I complained and it stopped. It started again last month and this was the result. Several of my Doctors patients have also complained about the same situation! Decide for yourself!!!
