I brought in a projector, and they tried to open it to troubleshoot the issue. They were not able to repair it. During the process of opening the projector, they damaged or broke some plastic parts. I informed them about this, but they stated that nothing was broken or loose. Update: I was ok and understood that they need to open the equipment but they actually broke parts from the inside.
Appreciate Latha figuring out the issue and offering a solution of a better, slightly newer model at a reasonable price. Latha and Sonny came out within a few hours, and installed it. Very good customer service. Highly recommend!
Our tv stopped turning on one day. Amazing customer service, came to our house and took the tv apart to diagnose, took it back to her shop and within a week had it all fixed and delivered it back to the house. Extremely communicative and up front, great price too! Highly recommend.
Outstanding customer service and work provided! My TV went out and I called commbridge electronics services. They actually came out in just a few hours and diagnosed the problem. Came back the next day with the needed part and fixed the problem.
OMG, they have been a life saver! Our LG TV broke and we had so many issues with LG customer service we waited 5 weeks before we got in touch with these guys. When we finally got their number, the TV was fixed in less than 24h. Thank you so much for the good service.
