Ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and coffees. We were the only customers. Staff never made the sandwiches. Waited a good 10-15 mins then my husband asked if our sandwiches were coming up and they said “Oh, we can make them now”. I paid with a card and got a cash refund. Also ordered a banana and strawberry smoothie and got a simple syrup flavored slushie..Very disappointed.
10/10 would recommend. If we were from the area, I'm sure we'd be regulars. Through no fault due to volume of customers, my food was accidentally skipped. But the amazing customer service and atmosphere made me not even realize! They gave a free (amazing) coffee due to the wait. Amazing food, amazing coffee, and amazing customer service. Who could ask for more?!
Staff was very polite and the drinks were fantastic!!
I came on Saturday morning 5/16 and the employees didn’t greet me or say a word except to take my money from me and call out my order. They were cold and gave no eye contact when passing my order to me and my drink tasted as if there was no espresso in it. Just milk and syrup.
