As a local business that uses these services and called them with a question, I was appalled with the manner in which Al answered the phone and insulted his business partner. I dont except what your doing
Ran into a tech while out I asked very simple questions you should know if your in the industry and they could not answer a single one Seems like they have zero training or actual working knowledge in the industry
Sorry to say if a company comes into my house I have a right to ask questions .I asked a simple question, I heard spraying spreads the bugs...HE got all rude saying ,hay you read that online , that was my first mistake ....well every one I talked to ,say the ONLY way to get rid of bedbugs is to enclose an steam ,or what ever they do <<NOT SPRAY.they sprayed weds DEC 5 I got them already DEC 7 got one saved ..and I got pics of 4 bites last nite DEC 7
