They found my first apt! Comm Ave is well run. the people were nice and found us a great apt in Boston!! We walked in without an apartment and the realtor drove us to some apts. We got an apt that had just come on the market at Cleveland Circle. They are great for students! They really do try to work with you. We still had to pay a realtors' fee but it was worth it, especially if this is your first apt in Boston. The staff is outgoing and nice. Moving is stressful so find a place that is nice!!
