I had Committed 365 replace my roof last fall. The installation process itself went smoothly, including work on a flat section of the roof that required a rubber membrane. However, this winter—after the first snowfall and a brief warm-up—we experienced significant leaking. Ice formed near the flat roof area, and gallons of water entered the house very quickly.
