I can't say enough about this team of people. They have been amazing to work with. We had to find a place with a very short notice due to a treatment my dad was receiving at MD Anderson. We stayed at the District of Greenbriar in a beautiful apt that made us feel at home for the month we were there. The location and area were perfect. We never felt unsafe at all. My daughter and I arrived in Houston January 2024. By chance I contacted Chelsea from their website. She got us into an apartment quickly and took very good care of us. We never had to wait more that 24 hr for anything that we needed. She was and is FANTASTIC!! She co-ordinated with Jay the property manager, and our 3 month stay went smoothly. Highly recommend Comfy Houston!

I was looking for a short term fully furnished apartment in the medical center and found Comfy Houston. I spoke with Chelsea who mentioned Comfy was under new management and they were in the process of renovating their apartments. Chelsea reassured me that my family and I would be taken care of and that our needs would be met. We were so happy to make this tough call.
