Updates: no warranty at all. We paid 400+ to solve the problem. The worst AC company in Ontario. After sent full payment cheque, Kevin never answered my calls, I’m worried on 10 years warranty. Will report this issue to King Home Marketing department and Ontario AC associates. Bad experience.
The company is very unprofessional, they did not install my heating properly and I asked them to fix it, they are avoiding all the repair requests, I don’t recommend them!
The work is very unprofessional and it cost great damage to the house and also the heat pump is not installed properly will need pay more money to fix it, they company never answered phone calls or WeChat after job is done, I called like 7 times and nobody ever answered phone calls. We tried to file infraction report correctly report but the company website is offline so not sure if business still exists. The heat pump is just taped and back is not even taped, no screws and big gap in the back leaking air.
Trash company, I don’t know why so many high ratings. People should avoid this company, you don’t get your rebate as promised. Last year Kevin promised me I am eligible for attic insulation rebate, which is the reason I decided to install it. One year passed, I called Enbridge, they told me I got rejected for rebate, and no one can get in touch with the auditor anymore. This guy Kevin is not picking up the phone either. Definitely a scam company!
Absolutely unacceptable experience with this company. At the end of 2023, they provided us services and assured us that we would receive a Enbridge rebate. Nearly a year has passed, and they haven’t even submitted our application. The reason? They forgot to conduct the initial evaluation last year, which is required for the application process.
