Comfy Air, and its owner, Paula, are an amazing small business in Apple Valley, CA. Their customer service is the best we have ever experienced from any company. Paula is so helpful, transparent, extremely quick to respond, takes her job seriously, is very personable, hard-working and very knowledgeable. Service technician was on time, while mannered, and completed repair in professional manner. Nate, appreciate and thank you.
At first they were ok. They came quoted us a price are we said fine. Took over a month to have them come back which I had to keep calling every week to see if the part was in. So that my wife arranges an agreement with one of the female workers there (not paula) should leave her credit card information so that when they come or when they need payment it would be handled and nobody has to be bothered who lives in the property , obviously that didn't fall through.
