They showed up at the job said they were going to put in one Air Conditioner did not fulfill that at all.put the wrong breaker size in and never came back to fix the problem. this job was done a year ago and I’m still trying to get a hold of them I tried calling them and I guess they’re out of business.
Comfy Air, and its owner, Paula, are an amazing small business in Apple Valley, CA. Their customer service is the best we have ever experienced from any company. Paula is so helpful, transparent, extremely quick to respond, takes her job seriously, is very personable, hard-working and very knowledgeable. She has been great to work with not only throughout having the installation of a new HVAC Central Unit, but even afterwards with the permits, HERS Test and needed inspection certification.
