When our AC stopped working, I asked my neighbors for a recommendation. I received quotes and suggestions from 4 different contractors and I have no doubts that working with Comfortworks was the right decision. We did struggle a bit with scheduling; the days I am home are somewhat limited, weather prevented some work being done, parts were broken on delivery (no fault of Comfortworks, they noticed it was broken when they got it), and miscommunication between the front office and the crew. Lou came by on a Sunday afternoon because our heat was out, he came in, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our system up and running in no time. He also checked out our gas fireplace and fixed that on his way out the door. We will be using them for a maintenance plan from here on out. We recommend this company 100%

I would like to let people know that this company does NOT rate high on my list at all. I purchased a maintenance agreement August 31,2023 for (2) Wall mounted Mitsubishi Split Air/Heat Units (1) Heater (1) water heater after having the unit serviced and cleaned instead of just a one time deal of $275 I paid $432.78! What a sucker I was :(. They do not return phone calls after making over 10 attempts( when they do and you have appointments scheduled they DO NOT SHOW UP! )Happened to me twice!!! This company is a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, concerned and exceptionally careful in their work. Recently, I had AC splits installed in an old home. They were dedicated to not making a mess, to insuring maximum efficiency and completely a very difficult job despite many obstacles. I would encourage anyone looking or a good company to contact Lous.
