Lou came by on a Sunday afternoon because our heat was out, he came in, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our system up and running in no time. He also checked out our gas fireplace and fixed that on his way out the door. We will be using them for a maintenance plan from here on out. We recommend this company 100%

I would like to let people know that this company does NOT rate high on my list at all. I purchased a maintenance agreement August 31,2023 for (2) Wall mounted Mitsubishi Split Air/Heat Units (1) Heater (1) water heater after having the unit serviced and cleaned instead of just a one time deal of $275 I paid $432.78! What a sucker I was :(. They do not return phone calls after making over 10 attempts( when they do and you have appointments scheduled they DO NOT SHOW UP! )Happened to me twice!!! This company is a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, concerned and exceptionally careful in their work. Recently, I had AC splits installed in an old home. They were dedicated to not making a mess, to insuring maximum efficiency and completely a very difficult job despite many obstacles. I would encourage anyone looking or a good company to contact Lous.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the exceptional service they provided. I originally had reached out to Comfortworks for the installation of a Mitsubishi mini split unit for my home office. Lou responded almost immediately and was out the same day for a consultation. This is by far the worse type of company I have ever dealed with in my entire life and I have no idea how they are a 5 star company on google!!! Our shorehouse was suppose to be serviced on July 3. Lou called me, cancelled and said they would be there that Friday. Lou called again and said they were unable to come and said he would come the following week.
