BEWARE! I originally had a great experience, installation guys were top notch. I thought owner was a great guy. However, after installation of Mitsubishi mini split, I was looking to activate a feature on an upgraded head system in my living room. If you like be ghosted by their sales team, this is the company for you! We had a confirmed appointment with Louis Denny with 2 weeks notice and he no showed without any communication. Then ignored texts and emails. Found a different company that was more responsive and so should you. I would select 0 stars if that was a choice!

Mason was great. He explained everything with both our units. I have been so tired with Horizon, Harris and a few others. They never show. I am with Comfort Werks for good. Took out contract.

Owner and service personnel are top notch. Dealt with other company in the past who had no clue what they were doing. Lou and his team are knowledgeable, courteous and competent. Would recommend them to family and everyone else. Mitsubishi mini splits are awesome and worth the price. Thank you Lou!

***Update 3 years later.**** I called CW to service the incredible Mitsubishi unit they installed and an existing unit that I thought had a problem. They came out the next day. Jared is so nice and knowledgeable. He is also patient. I had him repeat everything he said slowly and multiple times so I could inform my husband through text. He did it with no complaint. Miss Shirley is great too! We communicated for scheduling and about a service plan. She has a sweet tone that you don't get from customer service these days. Still... read more
