Owner and service personnel are top notch. Dealt with other company in the past who had no clue what they were doing. Lou and his team are knowledgeable, courteous and competent. Would recommend them to family and everyone else. Mitsubishi mini splits are awesome and worth the price. Thank you Lou!
***Update 3 years later.**** I called CW to service the incredible Mitsubishi unit they installed and an existing unit that I thought had a problem. They came out the next day. Jared is so nice and knowledgeable. He is also patient. I had him repeat everything he said slowly and multiple times so I could inform my husband through text. He did it with no complaint. We had the entire the heat pump system installed by ComfortWorks and the entire crew under Lou are very professional. They put in effort to lay down the cloth and made sure to clean up after everyday. The attention to the details and the final finish of the installation is EXCEPTIONAL. Extra kudos go to Mason and Jared for being so nice and so courteous.
