Ordered an air-conditioning unit. The manufacturer weld was not completed on the part attached to the refrigerant so there was no seal; would only blow room temperature air. This company ignored and denied our claims until we provided video proof of the manufacturing defect. Even after all that struggle Comfortside West LLC decided to charge us $250 to replace the parts they agreed were defective. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.
