Our HVAC unit broke down during the coldest week in NY. Rex has been extremely patient with us to figure out the problem and prompt to our questions. Five star for him.

We purchased a unit that came with a warranty, and when it recently began having issues, we naturally assumed the warranty would cover repairs or a replacement. Emily was super nice and very knowledgeable helping me decide on a new mini split system.
Emily was very helpful in resolving a warranty claim on a portable AC unit (Cooper-Hunter branded). There were some challenges, but she overcame them all and made the customer happy (Me). Will continue doing business in the future. Important that a company stand behind their warranty claims! Thanks again Emily.
I have yet to install the unit however a part was damaged and Emily at C&H was great to work with. She provided shipping options and replacement of the defective part which arrived in 3 days. I will comment further on quality of product when it is up and running but have to say C&H is lucky to have Emily on thier team:)
