They never answer their phones, after several attempts to call I went into their shop to get a part and some help on what could be wrong with my pellet stove. Was told their technicians don't take phone calls or help customers with problems in store. The employee I spoke with seemed to have no knowledge and was no help, they didn't even have the part I needed even though they sell Quadrafire stoves. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I went in to get a turn key price not to exceed an amount on a fireplace for my new home. Two weeks later they said they had underbid by $500 and needed to add that to the quote. Then they charged me another $700 plus because the flue was not included and that they never include it. I said my request was for a turn key installation at a price not to exceed in order to include it in my mortgage. I had this company come out and clean my pellet stove, which they did on time and even called me before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Technicians were very polite and professional. Afterward, I noticed some smoke leaking but couldn't tell where it was coming from. They came out again, found the issue and fixed it at no additional service fee or charge. For all I know, the issue was unrelated to the cleaning, there's really no way to know.
