Unfortunately Frank has lost my trust and faith for him to finish the job. What started as a decent experience slowly turned into unfinished work and an extreme lack of communication. I've tried calling Frank at least 8 or 9 times and it seems he is avoiding me. I recommended him to another customer a few months back who called asking for a referral and to that woman I am deeply sorry. Hope Frank can get his act together because he seems like a nice guy but his business ethics and dependability are not there.
WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE CHOOSING THIS BUSINESS. COUNTLESS HOURS WASTED. First off I will say their product ended up being great BUT between being almost 2 months late, changing the fabric without notification before delivery, forgetting to make a cushion and then charging for the full product even though it wasn’t complete, and an utter lack of communication from their part…. This is a horrible company to deal with. They are not honorable. They are very expensive and provide shoddy work. They won't show up when they say. they will ignore your calls and texts if you try to get ahold of them. Do not deal with this company unless you want a very frustrating low quality experience.
