I had Gabe come out today for maintenance and he was great. Personal and professional, checked everything while explaining it all to me. A very thorough job. This was an easy 5 star review.
I have only one HVAC technician for both my home and business I trust. That is Coco (from Comfort Master). He is the most knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable technician I have ever worked with. Just last week during an ice storm, I called Comfort Master, Sara answered, understood my urgency, and scheduled a technician that day. Comfort Master was onsite as scheduled, and repaired my HVAC. Because of Comfort Master my 24/7 agency was able to maintain servicing our community. Comfort Master (Coco and Sara) are amazing!
They are great. Timely, thorough and will find the problem. They also do maintenance to kept my systems running well. They are always careful about "tracking" anything in to your home. Highly Recommend!
Great quality service and most affordable price from various quotes around Eastern NC. The process was smooth and seamless, everything from initial diagnosis to installation! I am beyond pleased. As a woman, I don’t know a lot about HVAC systems but I do know that I was in good hands with Comfort Masters.
Just went forward with the yearly maintenance plan before the winter season. My whole system they put in 5 years ago and it is still doing well. My tech Gabe was on time and informative.
