We called Comfort Master a couple days ago and got an appointment for a sales person to come out and give us a quote on a new HVAC system because ours went out. The person on the phone set us up with an appointment for today (Thursday) from 9-3. We thought that timeframe was a little long but went with it. Requested Comfortmaster come out in 2022 to service a Carrier HVAC, for which emergency heat had stopped functioning. Tech shows up, talks about how he's carrier certified, used to work at carrier, etc. He then complained about the location of our unit (tight access, smaller techs have it easier working with it).
