Comfort Master recently installed a new HVAC system for me, and overall, I had a great experience with their service. On the day of installation, they were very thorough and had enough personnel to complete the job efficiently. We called Comfort Master a couple days ago and got an appointment for a sales person to come out and give us a quote on a new HVAC system because ours went out. The person on the phone set us up with an appointment for today (Thursday) from 9-3. We thought that timeframe was a little long but went with it. We’ve been waiting now all day in our hot house for the salesperson to show up and it’s 2:45 pm. We called the business and they couldn’t tell us what was going on.
