Poor communication
Comfort Keepers has been a great resource for me and the family. They are through and very courteous.
I was employed for a very short time. Having my own physical limitations, caring for others was more than I could handle. The main office was really caring and did place me with those who required little or no physical interaction. I ended up leaving, a very good place to work!
Stop sending me rating sheets! Service was non existent! There is no service in Somerset, I never spoke to anyone they just sent me email that it’s not available, then I get how did we do emails? I am not going to rate you well if you didn’t even know I had no service!!!
