Stop sending me rating sheets! Service was non existent! There is no service in Somerset, I never spoke to anyone they just sent me email that it’s not available, then I get how did we do emails? I am not going to rate you well if you didn’t even know I had no service!!!
They sent three different people in the first week to see my mother who has severe dementia. After complaining about that, they sent a fourth new person the next week and didn’t even let us know what the schedule is going to be. They like to brag about being a premier operation, but I would go back with Home Helpers any day. They also are not flexible on schedules they schedule 8 to 12 and 1 to 5
