Purchased a water filter from cg water filters which is part of comfort gurus. Ordered a xwfe filter they send you a xwf filter without the chip and label it as a xwfe with the chip. They are scammers. Tried getting a refund but I get nothing but excuses. Don't try and call their phone number it doesn't work. Be aware of purchasing anything from them or you will get scammed to.

They canceled my order for a blower fan due to long lead time. (Their website said it was in stock). Here is their message: "This message is an update on the status of your order. So pleased with our experience with buying our HVAC ECM/blower motor from Comfort Gurus. It was exactly what we needed and was ordered at 11 am one day and arrived the following morning at 10:30 am via overnight FedEx shipping. This was the best price to be found even with the extra cost for shipping, well worth it to have ac fixed again. Doreen was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely order from them again in the future. Thank you Comfort Gurus, You're just what I hoped for!
I saw online the blower motor I needed was in stock. I live in the same county as their warehouse was in, so I called to see if they could let me pick it up. They said no problem. The price was the same as it was online, and they emailed me all the info. I'll use them any time I have an issue with my furnace or ac.
