Scheduled a routine check up and cleaning for our furnaces. Tim R was the gentleman who came out. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, explained everything and didn't rush thru our appointment to get to the next. Answered all our questions and was so polite and honest. I need to mention that we had an equally positive experience with your company this summer when one of our ac units stopped working. I liked them. They did a very good job installing our new central air. They are easy to work with and friendly. I will be buying my furnace from them next.
