They were quick to respond, professional from start to finish, and had our system up and running in no time. Eric, the technician, explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. Eric was wonderful. He let me know that he would be coming toward the end of our time window, so if I had anything to do, I could leave and do it before he came. He was thorough, and told me everything he was doing. I will definitely continue using them.
These guys have been consistently great. Quick turn around times for service calls. Although, generally, any AC repair seems to be costly, I trust they do not try to oversell or price gouge. I'm feeling cooler already.
