Horrible customer service
Tried to sell me a new system based on a low freon after 12 years of cooling my lake home. Couldn't find a leak. God forbid we could shoot a little 410 freon in! No harm to the environment! But oh no!

Great service.
Came out on a Sunday and fixed my frozen pipes within less than an hour. Cut an access hole so I could insulate the problem area. Used thermal imaging to quickly identify the problem area.
