Bad service and inconvenient hours – I wanted to surprise a couple with a gift certificate for a romantic massage. This was supposed to be their wedding gift. When my friend called to make her appointment they didn't have anything in the evening, except for thursdays... this is very inconvenient since you usually plan a romantic evening/dinner, etc on the weekend. In defense of our lovely Spa the information on lsmith2222 posting was not quite complete. The couple did attempt to make an appointment with very short notice and the times we were available they had previous plans. On their appointment date there was a problem with the massage therapist not arriving on time since her car broke down - which is out of our control. Heavenly Birthday Spa Party – My friends threw me a surprise Birthday Spa Party at Comfort Zone Studio & Spa which was incredible! We all had massages, facial and Pedicures - all of the services were wonderful the staff was so professional and warm. The owner was so attentive and took every little detail into consideration. We had the place to ourselves, the food was great as was the music. We hope to be back again and again.
Great Services, Ambiance, Staff and Prices - I went last week and really enjoyed everyhing about this place. – I am tired of going to "Spas" that are a hole in the wall or a hair salon - this place is truly a Day Spa. You are treated as if you are the only guest - so many little unexpected surprises and personalize attention. I will be back and I highly recommend it to everyone. This week I received a thank you coupon for $10. off my next service. Now that is how you keep your customers happy!
Incredible Experience! – From the start the attention to detail was exceptional! The place is so comforting and welcoming, as is the staff. The Facial and the Massages were the best we ever had - the whole place is exceptional and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended - we will be back!
