I called requesting service due to my air conditioner leaking water. I was told a tech would arrive between 1-5, yet my tech didn't show up until 7PM. When the tech arrived, he asked what the issue was. I explained the issue again, and he told me that I needed a "pull and clean", which is a 3-4 hour job, and would cost around $900. This customer actually called in the morning after his service call to cancel his repair BEFORE he emailed or filled out any reviews and spoke to our Customer Service Manager. Unfortunately, we do run behind sometimes on our calls, although we pride ourselves on it being a very rare occurrence we never know how long a repair is going to take or what issues may arise. I had an appointment for an air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection that was scheduled about a month ago. I was told to wait between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. for their technician to contact me about the best time to arrive at my house. They called me at 2:31 and I wasn't able to return their call until 2:43. This customer called in on 05/29/2018 at 12:01pm and booked a maintenance appointment (her unit is up and running just for a routine service) for between 1pm and 5pm on 06/13/2018 (She did not have to wait a month or over a month as stated). She was informed on this call that we would call on the day of the appointment before sending the technician.
